I was kept up to date on everything everyday. I was still given a ride home even though I was a few miles outside of the shuttle service. Friendly staff. The repairs were done very well. Then A geed washing and what also appeared to a good waxing of my van. outstanding service and workmanship.

While I appreciate the paint work has been done good and also the gap between the back door and the body has been taken care of. Also I need make a mention of Ron who knows customer service and takes care of customers.
However, the doors do not latch with normal amount of push. Also, when I open the front door, it open with a metallic sound which clearly feels like the way it sounded right after the recent accident. Your service manager mentioned that it is because of the new work done and should be ok in a few weeks/months.

I am so angry I never want to hear the name AJ USA again. After an unsatisfactory experience with your salesman Ron - on the way home after picking up my car I found that someone at AJ USA had broken the glasses compartment near my rear view mirror. I have spent a lot of time and money maintaining my car and to leave it with you for 5 days and have this damage is unbelievable. I can't explain how you did it - I put my glasses in the compartment before I dropped the car off - I get it back and the compartment is broken. I expect you will deny responsibility. I don't have evidence. I know that the compartment was pushed back into p[lace to look like it wan't damaged - but the little piece that was broken off - which should have been still in the compartment wasn't there. This means somebody tried to hide the damage and the little piece was vacuumed up when the car was cleaned. As I said - I expect you to deny responsibility. It's a pattern I am now seeing.

They did a good job on repairing the damage on our vehicle, however we left our car for scratch repairs but we picked it up with a visible scratch on a door latch. We also left our car interior clean and picked it up with powder dust and dirty. Now we have to return it again for repair on the scratched door latch which is an inconviniece for us.
