Jesse and his team did an excellent job keeping me up to date through every step of the repair process. There was a bit of confusion regarding insurance and Jesse stepped in and immediately cleared up the issue with AAA.

When the representative was inspecting the damages, he only paid attention to the major damages on the two doors and overlooked some scratches on the right front bumper, which could have been fixed easily during repair. Now I have to go back to my insurance company to request the additional repair for the missed portion.
