I got into an Accedient and now my check airbag light is on, and I was told I have to pay an extra 150 just to diagnose something that was cause by the accident, I would never bring my car back for anything nor will I recommend anyone!!

There were still scratches on my truck that weren't repaire . Everything in my trunk was raffled through and not even in the trunk anymore. There was no need for anything to be touched in my trunk because the repairs were to the outside of the truck

When I picked up my car there were a lot of additional scratches on my car on parts that either should not have been touched or should be scratch free since they were new parts. And when I asked about it the woman wanted to argue with me instead of fixing the problem. After a talk with the manager they took my car and buffed the scratches and refunded part of my deductible. This is a problem that should not have happened.
In regards to the location itself, it's set up so jumbled that everyone is going to the wrong spot or going the wrong way. A re-design wouldn't hurt.

Bumper still needed a minor adjustment after being notified it was ready for pick up. They corrected the mistake but between the actual body mechanic and the person who drove the car to me...someone should have noticed that the bumper wasn't flush.
