I was amazed at how simple the process was . Kene was phenomenal . Pleasant , excellent customer service , explained everything clearly to me and Jacqueline made sure I got in a great rental , great service . The email updates were perfect for me every step of the way as my vehicle was getting repaired. Michelle called when my vehicle was ready . I'm soooooo very appreciative of everyone who was involved in the process . Thanks for doing it the Ourisman way .

Worst experience I have ever encountered. I had to pay out of my pocket repairs that I was not responsible for! Signals that came up on my monitoring system caused by the accident should have been covered by Geico Insurance, but were not. The body shop lied to my Insurance adjuster (Allstate) also so I would be forced to pay out of my pocket. Extremely dissatisfied!!
