My car was destroyed after a cement truck had fallen onto and around my car.it was a challenge for the shop to fix my car. However they did an amazing job, it was like a new car. I couldn't believe it, that is was the same car that I brought it.

I was very pleased with the work you did, both the GEICO involved work and the work I paid out of pocket. I would have been happier if you could have given me a better break on the other things like the ugly marks on the rear bumper that could have been covered by the paint you were already using in a matter of minutes. That's how you get customers to come back when they have the next accident. I'm a senior now, and I don't have many accidents. When I was younger and drove more every day, I had a regular body shop (Fabian on Northern Blvd. near 60th Street in Wooside) I knew them; they knew me. If I had come to them with the same job you did yesterday and today, I know they would have thrown in the extra paint work for free or for a pittance and they would have asked a lot less for the larger job on the left side of my car. It's called "good business" and guarantees that customers will return when the next accident occurs. My last accident was 12 years ago, Wayside did the body work. I might be less inclined to choose Wayside next time because I drove off today with a bad taste in my mouth. You did OK; you could have done better. You wanted my opinion; you have it. I have a car that still has marks on it. It didn't have to be this way with a bit more consideration. I am retired and live on a modest pension and social security. I don't have piles of money to throw at these body jobs. Think about it.

I got back my car earlier than expected

Excellent job by the wayside crew.My car was real jucky and that didn't hinder them from doing their job.They in turn cleaned it up for me. I was braving about it.I would definitely recommend Wayside without them asking me to.
