When I picked up my vehicle, a part was left in the back of my car which left dirty residue and also a box of screws was left on the floor of my back seat. I received a call earlier in the week stating that my car was ready, but I still needed to wait around for the part left in my car to be installed. Even though the part was installed quickly and a representative did apologize for the mistake I was quite disappointed that my car was not ready when I arrived to pick up the car.
