Original estimate for completion time was 10-14 days. After that it was delay after delay after delay and it ended up being an entire month. Then the inside of the car was screwed up. One of the pieces that had headliner on it had been taken off and then put back on but the headliner was just hanging off. The piece also had a clip that is now missing. My oil was on 15% and when I got it back it said my oil was 100% although no oil thange was done. The actual damage that they fixed was done well but all the other crap I dealt with hardly made it worth it.

My 2017 vehicle had 140 miles on it and somebody side swiped it and took off while vehicle was parked at my residence. The passenger side was crumpled on both doors and side panels (3500). A1 was first class from beginning to end!!! Quality of the body work was amazing and customer service and communication was incredible. I finally found a body shop that is neat, clean, and professional. John from the Boca location called almost every day to inform me of the progress and he really was a sincere, nice dude. Thanks John!!! Also, thanks to the team at the Powerline location!!!
