They didn't do few things as requested, Jose gave me an appointment to go back, when I went there at the appointed time, he treated me like a number, didn't even know that he had an appointment with me. Once the work is done, they got their money, they don't care any more.

How come I receive the status report of my car 7 days after my car was ready to go and now that I call to ask for it, they tell me that they call me several times and not a single voicemail is in the system, almost has to pay for my rental because of it.

I walked around the vehicle and looked at the location where you fixed the damage. I am very satisfied with that. However, later today I needed to use my passenger side mirror and there's a thin film of paint on it. One of my wipers also has drops of paint on it.

I hope you appreciate what a great employee you have in Francisca at the reception desk. I sat there for over an hour and listen to how she was able to handle so many phone calls coming in while handling customers that came into the shop. She was always polite and helpful to everyone. I even asked her if she was the owner because she was so helpful.
