Vehicle has overspray all over it- I brought in a car in pristine condition needing repair to the rear bumper and drivers side rear quarter panel. After having to argue with an employee about the poor quality (paint run, wax residue and heavy overspray), they did take the car back and spent another hour on it. They resolved most of the problem but there is still overspray on various parts of the car. A professional shop would have ensured no runs, no overspray and also would not have chose a wax, which simply hides swirls and imperfections- the car should have been clayed and the paint perfect, which is how they received it (other than the actual damaged area).
