All I can say is that from the ladies at the front desk to the service team were very awesome. Only one thing that was not taken care of were the warning lights on the dashfrom the accident as requested i will have to pay to get that done,other than that it was awesome the way they keep you updated on your repair

I'm not satisfied with my experience with your company. I took my truck in to get a dent out on the roof which they fixed that was not the problem. The problem came when they gave me my truck to go home when I asked the service guy about the lining on the outside of my truck he brushed me off like I did not know what I was talking about and told me it's supposed to be like that, the celing of my truck was dirty with hand prints from working on the truck I had to send it back twice to get it cleaned. After that I had to talk to someone else about the lining of the roof and it was sent back again to get that fixed once again they brought the truck around and still the lining was lose that I could move it with my finger with out even try.and on top of that they lost my key which took them a while to find. I was there from 1pm until 3 pm and I still didn't get to leave with my truck I have to take the rental again.

I am very disappointed! It looks like the only problem fixed was the visual. There is a huge gap between the trunk and the bumper. The trunk door feels like is loosen and it is not closing properly.
