The repairs were great, but I don't like the fact that a cup full of coins and my ring was missing when I picked up my car; I'll travel the 20 miles out of my way to have my car serviced at another dealer.

Everything so far has been wonderful. I wasn't hounding anyone about the progress of my car. When I picked up my Victory the Versa they remembered how I expressed my smells concern because of the rain so she was smelling amazing. Now I wait to make sure there won't be any leaks. i would say if there were any things to improve on would be cleanliness of the mechanics after the finishing touches.

Got a fast appt.and job was done four days sooner than estimated. Jimmy from Geico was great to work with. My dissatisfaction was when I discovered the rear wiper attached to the lift gate that was repaired excellently was not working. In addition one of the spring parts from the lift gate was put on upside down. The good part was that I got in quickly after calling about the problem, and the issues were rectified quickly and efficiently. Having to come back a second time is what led to my dis-satisfaction.
