Customer service was friendly and professional. Work was completed in the time indicated. Office was clean. However several repair parts were left inside my car. I had to clean it out. And a used coffee cup was sitting on the windshield.

My car left with a damage to it's sunroof, that was not there before and no one wants to take responsibility for misstorage or other wise. So no I'm not happy that my sunroof is now broken and you guys want me to pay for parts and repair cost.

You damaged my windshield. I picked up my car on ****/22. I live in Bed Stuy and noticed the damage as soon as I got home. I called Todd. He asked me to come back to the shop. I returned the next Saturday morning. We inspected the damage and he said to come back amd speak with the manager. I haven’t been able to come back because I’ve been busy with work.
