I liked the daily updates concerning the status of my repair, although the updates were a little vague. Perhaps a run down of what has been done and what is left to be completed in the emails. Great job on my car though, I can't even tell it was in an accident!

I truly feel because of how much water was in the car it should have been detailed and shampooed out. instead I have been trying to air it out because it smells like mildew when I have the top up. it is probably not your fault though
