The completed repairs to my vehicle was unsatisfactory. The areas that was painted are very noticeable and was not up standards and there is still visible damage on the vehicle. Upon my pick up, I pointed these issues to the employee and he stated the work was "okay" and the visible "bumps and bruises" were not part of the estimate, which is impossible since the damage areas are parts of the vehicle that was estimated to be totally replaced. The quality of workmanship done to my vehicle does not reflect or come close to the overall estimated price of 4600. A formal complaint will be filed if these issues are not resolved tomorrow morning.
