Not an insurance deal, but cash paying customer. Had my Mercedes in for 3 weeks for a bumper and some bumper accessories. Bumper accessories not on right nor areas where they are missing. Paid in full, been over a week waiting for a call back where I won't have my car again. Not sure what all the lets do a quote and then wait over a month to have the car in the shop, but then have to wait on a bumper once the car is in the shop. 3 weeks!! and the job still is incorrect AND have to take more time to bring the car back. AMAZING
