I picked my vehicle just as it was getting dark and I drove straight home. Upon examining my vehicle in daylight after the snow stopped I found a dent on the rear hatch of my vehicle that was not present upon dropping it off for repair. I have contacted the insurance adjuster regarding this issue.

You guys are awesome did a great job repairing my wife's maxima it really put a smile on her face to see her baby Ruby restored back to normal now we were told before work started that the other headlight wouldn't be as clean as the other one being replaced but you guys went the extra mile to restore that one to be uniform to the new one wasn't expecting that but greatly appreciated thanks again!!!

Communication was terrible text was worthless and on valid information as well as Communication from humans. I initiated all communication to take off half day at work to find out wouldn't be ready. I dealt with your body shop in the past and it hasn't changed. Nice body work but office communication terrible.
