I was completely unsatisfied with the entire process and service I received for my vehicle. I own a Merceds Benz G550- Gwagon, an estimated 80-100, 000.000 SUV and the condition that I receive my vehicle was totally ridiculous. I received no interaction from the adjuster since the day I dropped my vehicle off at Braugh Auto site. My vehicles was there for an entire week and I only recieved three or four texts about the progress and each time I replied, I got no responses! I had to call two consecutive days because no one provide me with updates, I was told the vehicle would be ready on the targeted 18 November date and got my vehicle on the 20th. I dropped my vehicle off with ****/4 tank of gas and got it back with my reserve light on, on top of that my dashboard computer indicatedthat I had an inoperative lamp out in the same side as the repairs were done, I also got my vehicle back with 24 psi in my rear tires, which normally holds around 40psi and they have been driving my vehicle like this and may potentially damaged my vehicle's wheels and tires. I took my expensive vehicle there with hopes to repair exterior damage to the right front bumper area and got it back with all types of issues apparently relating to the supposed repairs. I will be taking my vehicle to the dealership to see if there is any obvious damage to my tires and rims. Why didn't anyone call me about all these issues that they obviously saw that were not there when I delivered my Mercedes SUV? I am Totally dissatisfied with the service and lack of intimate customer service from your agent and the repair shop for giving me a vehicle with less than delivered conditions and with no fuel in it!!!! I had to quickly find a gas station to properly reinflate my tires and hoping to not run out of fuel before getting there. The shop tried to replace the lamps for the notedlight issue and with these types of vehicle, you cNnot just replace a bulband that is it, becuse now others will malfunctionif notal replaced at the same time, now my right front fog lamps are out as well! I will escalate my concerns to GEICO and will perhaps find another Insurer and definitely another repair shop for future needs!!!!!!

I was very happy with my service. The text messages were very helpful and I enjoyed getting them. Everyone I dealt with was nice.

One issue, when receiving my vehicle the paint fumes were intense and brought on a migraine since I am sensitive to chemical odors. I have had my vehicle repaired in the past at other auto body shops without this issue. The other body shops also detailed my vehicle for me. Work looks good so far. Employees were pleasant and courteous.

My only comment is please don't change my radio station. I expect my radio to still be set on my favorites and when it isn't I get upset. Otherwise I am very pleased with the service, each person I interacted with, and the work that was done. Thank you for excellent service!
