The staff up front was wonderful and very helpful, i enjoyed the texts about the status on my kia very professional work the pain matches up very nicely and who ever the detailer is give him a high five for me knockout job all the way around and im a first time customer as well, i will definitely come back if i ever need work done thanks so much guys!

I am happy but not 100% proper communication once the vehicle is ready to pickup, text messages should send with exact information, recently I had bad experience, in text message they said my vehicle is ready to pickup and also they said in case of delay they are going to text me or call me and I did not get both so I went to pick up but my vehicle was not ready and they said it will be ready first thing in the morning- which really hurts me????.

I can't say enough how friendly and professional the staff are at Baugh. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile.
