The Trunk is misaligned, not level/flush with side panels, and wide gaps btw panel and trunk, there are paint issues with bumper. Upon closer inspection I see the interior surface wasn't painted, near where the striker for the trunk latch sits on. I also saw some masking left on my driver rear wheel wall.
I thought Star did quality work, so I am wondering if this is because of Geico cutting costs and rushing the job? Now I have to get the car redone now, without a rental.

I requested information about the work to be done on my vehicle several times before it was completed, but was not contacted regarding my concerns until the repairs were well underway (several days later).
I'm very disappointed by how I was treated during this process, and even after voicing my concerns, no true resolution or even words to offer peace of mind were offered at any point.
If I were to ever have a situation which would cause me to need body work done on any of my vehicles in the future, I would stand adamant to have it done elsewhere.
