Although being involved in an accident was upsetting, the frequent text messages that were received which updated me on the progress of repairs was very reassuring and much appreciated. Additionally, having Chris **** me to my car and explain the repairs, and having the car delivered in such pristine condition was more than I had ever encountered from a body repair shop in the past.
