The owner Steve is extremely rude. He said to my face, "you are the worst customer we've ever had." The hood and door panels don't line up correctly. Diana is a lier. She said that she had never spoken to me on the phone. When I told her word for word what she has told me. She then admitted talking to me say, "well I dropped the **** and should fire myself." Instead of apologizing about not getting my rental extended and I got charged for the rental. I will not ever use artistic bodyworks again and I am letting all of my friends know not to use them. They also changed the time my car would be ready four times. Also, they worked on my front driver's side door and front fender, but the trunk of my Mistubishi endeavor SUV was sopping wet. They couldn't give me an answer on the reason for that.
