If I'd know a scatch in a prexhisting area would've shown up so much after painting my rear bumper; I'd ask you to fill it during the prep & I'd pay for that part myself! I noticed it & pointed it out to Robin. Otherwise, everything went well. The repair looks like new & thanks for cleaning up the whole car & my key. Great Presentat!ion, Martin!

Your service rep Lori is so miserable and lied to me on the phone saying my car was out being detailed but when I was driving by the lot I saw my car so I went in to the office to see if it just came back which was impossible bc there were leaves all over it. But I nevertheless thought my car was ready. She said to me "I don't like your f'ing attitude and walked away from the service desk. The other woman at the desk apologized and explained that the car isn't ready until the GEICO rep reviews the work. There was no reason for Lori to lie to me and her nasty comments were unwarranted and totally unprofessional.
