Everyone was extremely kind, helpful,honest, and comminicative. They even noticed that previous damage was not repaired and they fixed everything that they saw.

Work was done on my vehicle without me receiving an estimate. Mr. Godfrey made numerous comments about the insurance deductible and seem to have determined to charge that amount. Both he and Geico representative said I would be called Ruth an exact estimate before the work was done. That never happened.

the work done on my car was top notch but one of the window buttons appears to have been broken during repair and now pops out from the side of the door. The window button wasn't part of the initial repair.
I will say though that the replaced panel on the door and pain job look fantastic.

The door that was replaced and painted dried with a drip mark along the edge and the edge of the door where the paint dried is rough and could be sanded.
