I didn’t expect a two tone car back. The right side of the car where the bumper meets the car is not flush. The left side is. The silver step piec in the back was put in crooked. There was paint damage to the back of the car that was not repaired

This was my second experience at Martin Collision. Great work on my car. Great teamwork between the insurance company, rental car company and body work folks. The African-American woman in the front office was amazing to work with. The other young guys in the office aren't professional at all. It's not the place to have casual/personal conversations and their focus has to be 100% on serving the clients that walk through the door.
