My vehicle had to be towed to the facility because it was almost out of gas (range was 8 miles to empty) and could not be filled due to damage to the tank valve. When I came to pick up my vehicle it was basically out of gas (one mile to empty). I commented about it to the receptionist and was told that there was a gas station less than a mile away and that they didn't notice that my vehicle was out of gas. Extremely frustrating to not have this detail attended to. I didn't expect the tank to have been filled but it would have been appreciated to not have to limp from the repair facility to a gas station. Details make a big difference in service.
