I have left a message for the body shop manager to return my call. The decal on my bumper is bubbles and my sun screen is broken. It was not broken when I dropped the car off. Mr. Stan Dovell stayed he noted the sun screen was up and broken when I dropped car off and that is completely false. Not only was it not engaged, it made no noise when the car was in reverse when I left parking lot and backed out of several parking spots throughout the day. Me. Stovall called me back and did not apologize for hanging up on me but stated he had a customer in front of him. He again denied and responsibility for the sun screen. I would appreciate a call from the manager. Thank you.

Stan Dovell was incredible from start to finish! He received my (very) damaged vehicle without any notice (I had my AAA tow truck bring it straight to Chevy Chase Auto), he got to assessing it fairly rapidly and kept me apprised of why things were taking longer than they might usually (bad damage, had to wait for USAA to investigate further and decide whether to total the car or repair), and he gave me a very reasonable time estimate that he updated (and explained) when there was a slight delay. This is the THIRD time that I have had a car repaired via USAA insurance with you (none were my fault, for the record!), and if (heaven forbid) I need to get a car repaired again, I will come right back!!!!
