The car was repaired beautifully, and I appreciated the updates about the status of the repair. However, upon receiving my car, I discovered that my remote control key opener that was attached to my car’s key and on the key ring, was sitting in the cup holder. It had somehow broken during the week they had my car and had snapped off the key ring. No on notified me of this, apologized for it, or offered to repair it.
