I highly appreciated the updates via txt msg on the progress of the repairs. The car was ready 4 days earlier than they estimated. There is a lot of room to improve the quality of the customer service of the employees. They should be more welcoming, friendly, respectful, etc. Overall it was a good experience where the electronic notifications beat the customer service of the employees in the office.

From start to finish Pro body did a fantastic job.
From the moment you arrive they greet you and are considerate to your time.
They call you periodically to keep you posted on the status of your repair. I saw mixed reviews about my Pro Body and was very skeptical about them repairing my daughters car. But I can honestly say they are a great team and did a fantastic job. ????????????????
