The right side mirror was not fixed nor was it communicated that it was not going to be fixed. Also the left front tire lost about 15 lbs of air and now i have an air bag signal blinking

After keeping my vehicle for 50 days, the car was delivered with the passenger door handle missing. Almost one week has passed and the new handle has not been installed. The adjuster is always busy and does not seem to have the time to take care of the issue.

I was called yesterday to tell me my car was ready at 3:30 pm. Even though I have repeatedly asked, I was told last moment that I needed to go pick up the car. When I called "Jenny" told me there was no manager and that the owner was not available. What a horrible experience - from beginning (nothing ready, no one knowledgeable) to end (last moment calls that no one could help with).
