I was just confused on how the inside of the car was thrashed and my back seats were down. At least put my car back how it was when I left it before the repairs. Other than that; customer service was great and the people there were really nice.

My car was really dusty and dirty when I picked it up. To the point it was making me sneeze and I have a 3yr old child who shouldn’t be inhaling that amount of dust. I’m really mad. It’s disgusting and lazy behavior by the staff and management. But hey they just want to get cars in and out as fast as possible....to hell with everything else
