The team was so friendly and welcoming and actually sympathetic and caring about my situation. They did an excellent job on the repairs. I really feel well taken care of by Five Star. Thank you to everyone there!

I was specifically happy with Jillian. Even when my insurance company didn't give me peace of mind... She did! She even made sure that I left completely satisfied. I had noticed some tiny details on the car and she made sure to have her workers take care of it before I left. The girls at the front desk greet you as soon as you come in and help you right away. I will always use them...hopefully I never have to again because I hate accidents. But they did an amazing job!
