Great customer service! Car was cleaned and tires shined prior to pick up which was a nice surprise. Work completed as promised.
Only issue I had was with the automatic messages which were in conflict with the messages sent by the team. Auto messages said pick up was one week later than actual. It was confusing when conflicting messages were first received.

Brandywine auto works was prompt and provided excellent customer service. The lady at the desk when I dropped my car off and picked it up was so kind, they even gave me a ride home. My car looks great and I will definitely return in the future (hopefully I don't have to). Only recommendation is to lay off the e-mails the e-mails daily were a bit annoying because they were inaccurate.
