There was still a dent in my bumper when o picked my car up on Thursday. The man checking me out, took pictures and assured me someone would call me first thing Friday morning. I called Friday at 3pm, and was told the Geico adjuster just left, and I would have to wait until Monday. I’m extremely unsatisfied.

Nationwide Auto Body handled my car with care and repairs were finished in an extremely timely manner which I truly appreciated as I didn't have a rental car during the time that my car was in the shop. Nationwide also provides text message updates that let me know where my car was along the repair process and this was just so convenient and also eased my mind as I didn't know how long I would be carless. This was my first time using Nationwide and I will be a lifelong customer.
