Over the last three weeks I have dealt with two forms of neglect to my vehicle. After I warned them my cars intake was exposed and expressed my concern about the weather I was assured that my vehicle would be put away and safe from harm. I even suggested to simply put a trash bag over it to keep it dry. Only to find it sitting in the rain, in the same spot, four days later. It took me calling my insurance and coming into the shop to speak with the owner who, to his credit, spoke to me and assured me that this issue will be resolved. Now, today I picked up my vehicle after being told it was quality checked by one of their employees and my insurance adjuster. I drove down the road and immediately realized something was off with my blinker. I returned to Mach **** and popped my hood and to my surprise found my driver side headlight was not connected, I was missing my weather stripping between my bumper and hood, and my hood was not properly aligned. For this establishment to return my vehicle to me unfinished and for this vehicle to pose a risk to my safety is unacceptable. When I showed this and explained to the two woman up front it was basically seen as an inconvenience to them that I was back with yet another complaint. They made it seemed like the shop having a large workload was an acceptable reason for my vehicle to be unfinished when given back. Without a doubt this is my worst experience with any shop I have ever had. Insurance has been notified and I will NOT be entrusting my vehicle to mach **** for any further repairs. The owner may be the nicest and caring guy in the world. But his employees are not.

The lever to open my trunk was not fixed. It was broken from the accident. This is a minor detail but one that I did mention upfront, several times. :(

Everyone was always so willing to help! Alisha and Judy were great and kept me updated at all times. I appreciate all the hard work they did to get my car fixed looking good! Thank you all for the great service.

The customer service were outstanding. I like the way I were kept informed on the repair status of my vehicle. Thank you very very much. If need be, I will bring my vehicle back again for repair. . Kudos to your employees for a job well done.
