The customer service department was very unprofessional in the way they handled our claim. Our truck was considered a total loss, but I feel it was up to our adjuster to break this news instead of the ladies that work up front who kept saying we don't don't think it will make it, (when I did not even ask that, I just asked if they had the new adjusters number). Then when I did go Sheila had a smirk on her face with the comment of oh your adjuster did not call you yet to give you the news, he was suppose to. I JUST LOST A $30,000 VEHICLE. If you are not 100% just wait for the adjuster to call your clients, I did not call to harass with questions about my truck so therefore I did not need extra information of being already aggravated on top of what I was going through.
