The estimated time to perform the repairs was way off. It took a week longer. Also when the car was returned to me, the battery was dead. I had to call AAA one half hour after I left the shop to come by and replace my battery. The battery I had was only 2 years old but the shop let it get drained out by leaving the lights on while the car was in the shop for 2 weeks.

Seemed a bit disorganized and they had misplaced someone's keys for 15 to 20 minutes. Also I had received a text saying my car would be ready in 6 days. I made plans for the time. I then got a call later that day the car was ready. I had to rearrange my schedule to then pick up the car the following day. The work looked ok (only time will tell) and the people I dealt with were also very nice.

Took the car in to replace my rear passenger window. When I came to get my car back, the front driver window was slightly open. When I tried to close it, it slid half way down the the window would not close again. That was disappointing because it did not have that issue before I took it in to 1st Choice Collision and Auto. I hope they solve this issue quickly.
