They cleaned the inside of my car! A very welcomed surprise. All repairs were excellent. People were pleasant. The rental car being there was so very convenient. It took three days instead of five. I only gave good things to say. My previous experience was with a company call La Grange and it was a nightmare! If the need comes up again, Ganley will be the first place I call. As unfortunate as it is to get in an accident and have to deal with filing claims and all that, I have to say that Ganley collision made the whole process as easy as possible. Greg Williams did a great job making sure the repairs to my wife's BMW were prefect. He took extra time the listen and made sure the paint on the bumper matched the rest of the car. When we dropped off the care, he provided a step by step overview of the process which helped set expectations and establish the time line.
