I was more than satisfied with the gentleman I dealt with. However my main concern was the rattling noise that my vehicle makes after being hit was my main concern. The scratches and dent were more cosmetic although I'm more than grateful they were repaired. I was told the rattling sound wasn't heart however as soon as I pulled off the lot it began rattling. The rattling gets louder with acceleration. I've haven't driven my car in two days and this morning as soon as I pulled out if my driveway the rattling noise began.
