The service was great! It was quicker than I anticipated! My car was even returned clean, which I wasn't expecting! (My car was dirty both inside and out when I dropped it off but looked great when I got it back!) I would come back if I needed more work done to my car.

I am very pleased with the finished repairs, however it took 21 days, the first week I had to call Hector multiple times for status, his comment to me was "he was swamped" mean while I was paying for a rent-a-car and no work was done on my car. Hector finally gave me a rent-a-car on the 19th day. I have had this car repaired at this Service King before and didn't experience the service as this last time, I will think twice before I bring my car back to this Service King. One call into Service King I was on hold for over ten minutes, I hung up and called back and got through, one time the receptionist said she would let Hector know and said she would have the manager call me back with the status, I never got a call from the manager. Again the car was repaired very good, but the customer service was very bad.

The only good thing i can say about my experience is the company does have good customer service. The people are very friendly. The issue i have is the quality of work is not good at all. I had scratches on parts of my car that were not there before i took the car in the work they did was very sloppy the door seams did not align correctly and the welds were poorly executed. Then on top of it i had my intake stolen off the car so i ended up driving out with missing parts off my car. There is no reason why my intake should have been touched. It was not part of the service that was being performed. Because of these things i will never suggest or use this company again. I hope whatever employee you have that is stealing parts off of customers cars gets dealt with appropriately.

It just took a very long time 5 days for just a price quote. Most place will have that done with in 24 to 48 hours
The people are professional and nice the turn around time is very long process.
Also, more lights the tire sensor maybe it got disconnected during the body work.
ABS was never on but I will have someone reset it.
