Fernando was very helpful and friendly, and I liked the text messages about the status of my car. The only negative thing is that the reception desk seems disorganized, losing paperwork and apparently unaware of my appointment. When I called the day after leaving my car to ask if I could pick up something that I had left in the car, I had a lot of trouble getting through to a person, and when I finally did, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. I ended up driving to the shop, waiting for help, getting the item out of my car and leaving while still on hold.

The initial 4-day estimate took 16 days. That's inefficiency by factor of 4X. I just can't lie about it anywhere close to satisfactory, considering that I had to pay for rental car out of my pocket. Any other bodyshop would've gotten it done in 4/5 days. Certainly, I'm not coming back to ServiceKing, at the least.

Experience was AAA+++. Did not know what to expect since the insurance company of the person that hit me was handling the repairs. Well, I was blown away by the overall service and work product. I was met by representatives from Geico and Service King and I could have not asked for better service and experience. Thank you to the entire team at Service King and Geico.

I noticed that there was a pretty big discrepancy between the automated text messages and what was actually happening. For example received a message that my car was on schedule and done tomorrow. While actually a part was on backorder and the schedule was moved ahead by a week. Not a big deal to me, was just a little confusing. I've been very happy with the service provided.
