The first agent we had didn't remember we had an appointment with him. I had to waste my time and waited a long time to get a ride from your shop to take me back to your repair center, that ride would have just taken 15 minutes only if I had a ride available at the time of my request, but rather it took me an hour to get back to your shop. Your shop should have at least 2 drivers to provide convenient ride to your customers. The repair on my car was expensive enough to warrant me a ride request, rather your shop would inform me that you only have one driver and not available during slow hours at your shop?
