Door handles not put back on properly. Front handles with touch automatic lock and unlock were placed on the rear doors. I have called and am expecting a call tomorrow to arrange for the problem to be corrected and a loaner give to me while the priblem is being rectified

I love how easy it was to drop my car off, get a rental, and get text updates. This eliminated the hassle and poor communication that I've experienced at other places. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I picked up my car and the repaired area looked as good as new! Plus, they were kind enough to wash my car and shine the wheels. I hope that I don't have any more car damage in the future, but if I do Inwould gladly come back to Service King.
