Good communication up until the last day when I went to pick up the car. The estimated pick up time said 7:30am and that they were on track the day before. I waited until 8:30am and decided to call and find out. I was then told it wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. I was also told I needed to wait for a call to finalize. I received the call at 430pm only to have to rush over to pick it up as the shop closes at 6pm.
