When my son picked up the car from your shop today, was the car really closed to the wall? I know most of the shop will help the owners to drive out to a better area before they proceed to the main road. Unfortunately my son scratched his car in the shop. I got a call from GEICO right away regarding this instead of him or the shop. That made me very panic and disappointed the way I found out about the incident.
