Aside from a beautiful repair job, I can't even tell you how fantastically thrilled I was to discover that my car's interior had been cleaned, and very thoroughly at that! What a lovely way to end an ordeal after a collision. Everyone I interacted with, including the receptionists, were friendly, helpful people. I also appreciated receiving phone and text updates, and easy email communication for paperwork. Thank you for making the huge inconvenience of a collision into a rather pleasant experience for repairs!

I was given an estimate that quoted 2 days to repair . I brought the car in on Monday Feb **** and was able to pick it up on Monday Feb 15. That's six business days. If I had been given a range of estimated days to repair, I could have been able to make a better decision on renting alternate transportation.
