My service provider jasmine was awesome. I really appreciated the updates everyday and the friendly customer service she provided on each of our In person meeting. She helped get my bmw out on an early schedule which was very important to me. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend you guys to family and friends

Although the repair seems to be quite satisfactory the time it took to analyze the various broken parts was excessive and caused a long delay in making the repairs and I'm sure was frustrating to all concerned including the insurance company. It took over one month to complete the repairs due mostly to the serial fashion for identifying everything involved.
