Service king made a very very frustrating situation easier to deal with. No one likes to be rear ended. Having the ability to have Service King take care of all aspects around collision repair really made it easy. From calling the car rental company to the texts that kept me up to date on the process. This saved me the hassle of calling in to check in as to whether my vehicle was ready or not.
