I thought the customer service was lacking. My car was there for a week, even though it had a very small dent. I did get text updates, but I never got any calls and it would have been really nice to have a human being call me and tell me why it was taking so long to have my car repaired. Also, the girl at the front desk took forever to get my paperwork in order. Either your system is very complex, or she didn’t know how to use it very well. She was also very soft spoken and it was hard to hear her.

Everyone at Service King is professional and caring. From the moment I brought my vehicle in for repairs to the day I picked it back up, I constantly felt like a valued customer.
I especially want to give special thanks to Anthony, of Service King Mountain View on Old Middlefield Way, for being especially focused on bringing a professional image for the company. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He communicated with me a lot so that I was always informed about the status of my vehicle and when I needed special services such as retrieving personal belongings from my damaged vehicle, he personally took me to grab my things.
Anthony and his team has made a very satisfied customer and I will definately refer any friends and family to Service King in Mountain View for any vehicle collision repairs. The staff there is amazing.
