The customer service was wonderful and everyone I spoke with was extremely attentive and helpful. However, they said it would take 3-4 days max and it took a full week. And there was an additional 500 added after the original estimate was given, which seemed quite extreme. Finally, I asked to pay for the charges separately with a card I left on file and specifically said I did not want the person picking it up to do so. They called me when the car was done and I paid for it via credit card, however they gave a copy of the charges to the man who picked it up for me, and I did not want him to have that information. I would have appreciated if they would have emailed me the final charges instead.

This was my very first experience with needing to use the service of auto body repair service. I am glad that my insurance company (AAA) referred me to Service King in Mountain View. From start to end, their customer service is Top
Everyone in SK office was courteous and attentive to the needs of their customers. Roger Rivera (who was assigned to my case) was on top of everything, from his assessment of the damage and explanation of the service to be done, to his regular follow-on updates via phone calls/voice mail, he was all in all very thorough. The work on my car was completed sooner than expected, so I was pleasantly surprised. The checkout was done in a very smooth and timely manner, as well. I was greatly impressed and appreciative of this experience; would definitely recommend Service King to family & friends, if they are ever in need of similar repair work done for their vehicles.
