The job was OK. But quality/outcome has not been as stellar as what we experienced in the past. The panel gaps are larger and uneven.

It takes too long for estimate. We left car in body shop last Tuesday, was told today (Friday) not able to fix, it is 10 days. Rarely to get response with calls, text messages. Understood some personal hardship, but be better let us know earlier instead of no response and waiting. Eventually we had to go to general manager to get the answer. It is NOT satisfied after 10 days to tell us not able to fix.
